Best nail place in Coventry 😊. I came in no appoiment had to wait has it was a saturday, so would recommend to book has they are busy. Lady who did my nails was great she made sure they were how I wanted them. I asked for short ones it was no issue at all. Staff are lovely listen to what I wanted I have lovely nails now. Would recommend them to everyone. I have already booked in for my next appointment. Will never go anywhere else again to have my nails done. They have gained 2 new customers with me and my friend both very happy with the service. Love them

I’ve been coming for around 6 months now. I will never go to another nail salon!
Hannah is great! Nails are always perfect and she doesn’t rush even when it runs past closing time ♥️

First time at this nail salon and i was excited as I was going to get my nails done for a special event next week. It has taken me months to grow my nails as i am a nail biter. I had been messaging a friendly lady over facebook and got everything arranged - the design etc. I arrived and was given to a guy, the first question was “what shape do you want” I responded with no shape please just normal, my natural nail, how they are i just need them painted in either gel or biab i do not mind which. I showed him the designs we previously agreed on over messenger and he handed me a colour thing and started prepping my nails. I was distracted choosing a purple and by the time I glanced back up it was too late he had shortened and rounded off my nails. So upset right now, I am writing this review after driving to the Morrisons up the road and having a bit of a cry. I was so excited and now I am so upset. I would NOT recommend coming here if you actually care about the outcome. I just walked out and i only have three nails left that are not ruined. If they can’t even follow an instruction of “no shape” then what hope is there for them following a nail design.

Cannot even give a single star.
I’ve been to this place a few times and seen that they are getting worse with each time I visited.
I don’t usually write many reviews but here I wanted to let others know, by going to this nail salon there’s a big chance of getting infected.
This place is very filthy, so dirty they don’t sanitise any nail tools or equipments.
No hygiene practice at all. The staff are extremely rude. The management really needs to look into this and teach their staff proper hygiene practices. I will never go back to this place again.

This place is horrible, dirty and staff doesn’t speak English. I went for a gell manicure and pedicure and ended up not doing it. They simply don’t understand and I will never go here
