Google I have been with Benjamin for 3 years now. His BIAB lasts ages. One time I went on holiday and it lasted for 8 weeks. He was the first nails tech in Coventry that did BIAB 4 years ago. A true perfectionist. I always leave happy with my nails set. Thanks Benji

Google I had such an excellent experience at Koi Nails and Spa! The team was incredibly professional and friendly from start to finish, which made the whole visit really enjoyable. The salon itself was spotless and had a very clean, relaxing atmosphere.
I’m honestly so impressed with my nails—they’ve never been done this well before. The shape, thickness, and overall finish are absolutely perfect—everything is completely on point. You can really tell they take pride in their work and pay attention to every detail.
I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Koi Nails and Spa to anyone looking for top-quality service!

Google Very good service from lovely couple Ben and Christine. Love my nails, shop is very spacious, clean and stylish. Christine always making me laugh and smile, she’s so talented. Ben is so cool! I have been two times, i love the bubble tea and talking with them is very funny. Will visit again soon!

Google I was recommended to try Koi by my mum who stumbled across them by chance. So glad I did, this is definitely my new regular salon. I received a really warm welcome, and there was a really impressive range of colours. Christine did my biab and she is without doubt a pro technician (she took steps i didnt know existed!) Soak off and removal was gentle and my nails are perfect. Thank you, I cant wait to come back x

Google I visited without an appointment and was able to be seen straight away after a lovely welcome and an offer of a drink. The salon is beautiful, and there is an incredible selection of polish colours and types. I had French tips which were skillfully done, I'm very happy with them indeed! Christine was absolutely lovely, I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and I will definitely be back to try Cats Eyes polish! I recommend this salon 100%.
