I saw Charley yesterday and i had the most relaxing experience with her. I had a full body head and face massage I also had an eyebrow tint and wax. She is amazing for giving you the most relaxing experience thank you.

I had my nails done recently by Skye and she was fantastic, she was very attentive, asked lots of questions to keep the conversation going, made helpful suggestions when I was unsure and gave me a great set of nails!

Skye gave me exactly what I asked for. I love them so much I don't want to take them off! I was nervous to have my nails done after a previous bad experience, but I'll definitely be back in the future to seek her services.

Easy to apply and would look good if they fitted but there are gaps at the side of most of my nails. The made to measure service is not accurate enough, which is a shame.

As someone with high anxiety I was so nervous for this appointment as a first time customer, to the point I asked my Mum to stay with me throughout. Within minutes of being there I told my Mum I was okay on my own. The atmosphere was so good in this salon. Skye Evans gave me a luxury manicure and pedicure and was incredibly professional. I usually strongly dislike small talk but also really enjoyed talking with her. She explained everything and made me feel really at ease. I came out really happy with my nails and will definitely be back!

Glazed nails has absolutely transformed my outlook on what a nail salon stands for. The staff are welcoming, and clearly love what they do as they truly radiate passion for fabulous nails and they have a real sense of community. I will often enjoy the moment of stillness whilst they concentrate on perfecting a design.

I cannot praise the team enough for their dedication to a fabulous client experience, on many occasions we have the usual chit chat, but they are more than a 'how's your day?' team they really are your everyday ladies that have everyday experiences and they are more than willing to be an ear to listen to when you're trying to escape the real world and the most important decision in the moment is 'what colour?' which may I add, is forever hard as the colour range is fabulous and the glitter options are out of this world.

On that note I cannot fathom other reviews that have been made and I do value each opinion however I do feel that as a POC I must disagree with what has been said and I must highlight that I have only ever had the most pleasant and refreshing experience and I most certainly will not be getting my nails done anywhere other than Glazed Nails. Keep up the sensational work ladies. xx

Had the luxury pedicure with Scarlett. Can't fault anything, she was polite and professional, warm and welcoming. Everything was ready to go when I got there, did not have to wait. Treatment was not rushed. Lots of choice of colours provided for the gel Polish colour.
Salon itself was also lovely, clean and tidy.
Thank you, will definately be back - for the manicure next! :)

Called for gel extensions but communication with staff was not clear. There was no conversation, no attention granted Ben while doing my nails. She was more interested in her phone as she kept stopping to check her phone. Never had this experience. Nails are not coloured properly and all this experience didn't make my day as it was my birthday and wanted to have something special but ended up being a dummy for a learner. Thanks. Not really going to drive the distance again for this treatment.
