Friendly and warm, and always takes the time to make sure my lashes look perfect. My eyelash tint and extensions always turn out amazing — natural, full, and exactly how I like them.

Google Unfortunately I have had to change my review as I had Gel nails which were not very even and had I have taken my glasses I would have said I was not happy with but I did not realise until I got home and by the next day had already chipped, I was going on holiday the next day so had to re-polish them myself £18 for less than a day was disappointing. I also thought I was having a lash lift and tint only to discover whilst this treatment had begun that she wasn’t going to lift them as she though they wouldn’t look nice again £35 for something I didn’t get was again very steep ..on a positive she was a nice lady and I had gone via a recommendation so maybe it was just a bad day for me but I would not recommend these treatments and will not return 😔

As sometime has passed and you left a review of 5 star review and only now just changed it ? its difficult to assess your results fully, but client satisfaction is very important to me. I always encourage clients to contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss any concerns and find the best solution together, please feel free to reach out so we can speak further . I must say the fact you were 30 mins late, i advised you that what you were asking for would not of beneficial to your needs I was being professional in my advice but you would not listen, your nails were in a bad way I suggested biab but you didn't listen so I really don't think your review is an honest reflection
