Google Dropin appointment. Both made me feel special. It was my birthday, knocked money off the bill, played happy birthday whilst having my nails done AND went out to buy me a birthday cake with candles :) thankyou for making me feel like a VIP. I love my nails too xx

Google I had BIAB nails done on Tuesday and the picture is what they look like today only 3 days later. I don’t think the gentleman that did them really understood the technique needed for BIAB. They did not look professionally done - quite honestly I could’ve done them at home and they would’ve been free and looked a lot better. For comparison (pink nails) I have had to have them redone today due to how awful they looked and they look so much cleaner. I understand the price is slightly lower than other shops but that is not an excuse for the poor quality. There was also a gentleman vaping in the shop which I don’t think should be allowed around customers - it made me very uncomfortable. The 1 star is purely because they were friendly staff but they clearly need some training.
