Came in today to get my nails done and I’m honestly obsessed with them! The shape, colour, and little details are absolutely perfect. You can really see the time and care that went into them. They turned out even better than the inspo picture and I’ve already had so many compliments. So happy with my nails!!

The attention to detail is amazing and you can tell they really care about their work. My nails turned out absolutely beautiful and I’ve had so many compliments already. This salon has become my ride or die. I can never hold hands with another nail tech again 🥹
It’s one thing being talented enough to replicate a nail set or freestyle something amazing, and another to BE those people where you can actually see yourself and your client grow as people. The kindness and love I feel from these poeple, pouring their heart out to deliver you nails as close to perfection as humanly possible, is incomparable.
With each of nail set I got, coming back to the salon, you can visibly see my confidence growing. I went from simple sets to feeling comfortable enough to experiment, and eventually even bringing friends along so I can share the way the salon makes me feel! I’ve attached images below and the shift is unmistakable!
I’ve passed myself around, salon to salon before I found this place, like a sad piece of bread. And now I think I’ve truly found my place and I would love to see these guys flourish at the salon! Some of the kindest, most thoughtful and professional/talented people I’ve ever met!

If it’s your first time visiting the salon, this is what you can expect: snacks as soon as you walk in, appointments always running on time, drinks for if you feel thirsty and even a bathroom if you need a little break! There’s always the most juicy love shows playing like love is blind or some other shocking love related shows, it’s so shocking that it’s entertaining even if you don’t watch things like that HAHA. Just getting your nails done and seeing some fine humans on the screen. They also offer a little loyalty card and prices are super fair! They’re always gentle, no matter who you get from the team doing your nails! Both spa and regular treatments are available. I would travel lengths for this place ! 5/5 !!!!

Booked for a pedicure and received excellent service. Appointments ran on time and staff are lovely. The place was calm and had a relaxing atmosphere. Ive also never been to a nail shop with a bigger choice of colours!

It is cash only which could have been better advertised (didnt see any notices for this in the shop or online).

Will definitely return!

I had my holiday nails done at JA Nail Spa and I absolutely loved them! 💅 The service is always amazing – the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is really nice and relaxing, they always offer you a drink and have the TV on which makes the whole experience even better.

Started using JA Nails a few months ago and honestly can’t recommend them enough! I’ve had some really lovely nails done here. They last for weeks! I only ever have to go back when it’s time for an infill ☺️. The people are all so lovely and really do take care in what they do. So happy I found this shop. It’s also a really beautiful and clean shop. 100/10 😍

Great service not been since it was rose nails but booked an appointment. Soon as you walk in they ask of you want a drink and to take a seat. Had my toes and acrylic nails with design and chrome polish. Gel toes come to.£68 in total will be defo be back

Came for the first time yesterday & I had a full set & luxury pedicure.

The gentleman who did my nails was so friendly and helpful.

I was offered drinks & snacks 🙏🏽

I would recommend to everybody & I will be a regular from now on.

Please don’t listen to obvious fake reviews below. I witnessed lots of customers come into the shop whilst I was there & every single one was treated with respect & their nails looked amazing.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel like people should be aware of my experience.

I had my nails done at this salon about 6 months ago, and since then my nails have been seriously damaged. At first I didn’t realize how bad it was, but over time they became weaker, thinner, and unhealthy. Today I went to a different nail shop to fix them, and the staff there told me they’ve seen many similar cases from clients who had been to the same place.

On top of the poor quality work, the management was extremely rude and unprofessional. The way they treated customers was disrespectful and uncomfortable, and it made the whole experience even worse.

I’m honestly writing this from a different account because I’m worried they might try to contact me and pressure me to take this down — which says a lot in itself.

Please be careful and think twice before going there. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
