Google I can honestly say that the staff here are very lovely. The Salon is my favourite hair place to go now! Cuts and foils especially by Lyndsey and Summer are fabulous. They really listen to what you want and guide you accordingly. The attention to detail is great and never have I felt like I have been rushed. There is a relaxed warm atmosphere, whilst still maintaining an air of professionalism. To say I recommend them is an understatement.

Google I have been coming to see Sarah regularly over the last year. What can I say, she is wonderful. Friendly and caring and very talented. Everyone you see has a smile for you. Would definitely recommend for beauty treatments

Google I’ve been using Karen for a year now for lamination, brow tint and eyelash lift. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do this for me now, Karen is professional and great at what she does.

Google Had a lash lift and was charged 65 pounds no tint to eyebrows just waxed couldn't tell difference had to have them done again I didn't have a tiny only thing done wash lash lift not worth the money charged for what I didn't receive

Hi Michelle, you were booked in for a brow lamination & lash lift & tint which is £65 for both services. We have price lists in the salon and on our website so we don't disguise our prices. There was no tint included on the eyebrows as you booked in for a brow lamination only, without tint. It's a shame you didn't contact us at the time or send us any photo's as we could have reviewed this for you. I hope wherever you went did not repeat the lashlift/brow lamination as there is a strong chance of over processing the hairs if this service is repeated within 6 weeks. I am presuming you followed the aftercare regarding not getting them wet for a minimum of 24 hours as this would reverse any results of these services. Not sure why you would pay again rather than consider contacting us. We are always happy to review any issues to ensure the end result is a happy client.

Google Booked a last minute appointment for a wash, cut and blow dry through Treatwell. Received confirmation of the appointment quickly. Salon is clean, has a nice ambience and staff are well presented. Staff are very friendly and I am very pleased with the cut.

Google Had my nails and eyebrows done with the lovely Karen, she always makes me feel welcome everytime I visit.
However the music needs to be looked into as they tend to play heavy rock quite a bit and when your having a treatment done it gives you a headache, and its not very relaxing, please play more mellow music.

Hi Hannah, thank you for your review. The beauticians do select their own music for treatments within the beauty rooms and this would be of a mellow nature. The nail area within the salon does have the salon music played as we can't play a different music within this part of the salon. We do change up the music on different days and I will feed this back to whoever is selecting the music on that day. We also use spotify so sometimes there can be songs that we haven't selected that slip into a playlist. Please feel free to let Karen know as we will always change the days music and genre based on client feedback whilst in the salon.
