I visited FN Gel Bar today for my very first set of extensions and I couldn't be happier! I was really nervous as a first-timer and a bit self-conscious about my cuticles/nail-biting, but the ladies were absolutely lovely and made me feel so welcome.
​The technician was incredibly patient and took the time to help me choose the perfect almond shape and pink French tip to suit my hands. She did an amazing job and the attention to detail is 10/10. I’m so excited to show these off on my holiday! I’ll definitely be back in 3-4 weeks to get them redone. Highly recommend!

I booked to have the spa pedicure gel and gel mani. Mila was brilliant and did an amazing job. The manicure was first and I'm glad as the spa pedicure was definitely saving the best till last. I have 0 complaints and 100% recommend both the treatment and Mila. Very very happy and ready for my holiday in Bali 😁

In response to your message… I came in to ask if there was anything that could be done for my nail… fyi she was already on her phone as I walked in and continued on her phone and what is your reason her the eye rolling and being rude for no reason???
My nails are natural… and 1 had split across so I needed something to protect it from further damaging and happened to be walking passed so I came in to the shop.
I think you need to speak to your staff on customer service and this is a review service and I’m entitled to speak the truth. If you don’t want 1 star reviews then your staff need a refreshers course on customer service.

Elena at FN Gels did an amazing job on my nails. She recreated the design I showed her perfectly, and the attention to detail was spot on. I’ve been to a lot of salons, and it’s been hard to find one that really knows how to do both BIAB and nail art well but I’m so glad I’ve finally found it here. Highly recommend!

Had the lovely Nerita. Gorgeous nails that look so natural and a fantastic price. Theyre lovely and welcoming and even if you did chip one theyre happy to fix them for you or rescue your broken nails. Theyre accomodating and sweet and they always can help or reccomed services based on whether your nails are natural, you want full acrylic or if you want only a few extensions. Honestly i wouldnt trust anyone else with my nails after seeing the quality of this amazing salon. They even make getting nail art a breeze. So talented everyone there

Bring cash or it's a bank transfer.

Edit: after going for a second time the product cracked and put holes in my nails. They did offer to fix it free of charge which was sweet and I did get them repaired but after they broke again leaving now holes in the center of my nails. I won't be going back as the product wasn't suited for me but if you have stronger nails it might be the nail base for you.
