I have had a very positive experience at Sara's salon.
I thought I had given up on hairdressers as sadly, I have had far too many disappointing (and expensive) experiences which led me to attempting doing highlights at home myself which turned out to be a complete disaster!! (Don't do it :)!!)
Luckily I found Sara :) who transformed my orange looking home-made highlights into beautiful naturally blond hair. She also gave me tips on how to maintain the blond color which I found so useful. Salon looks very nice and Sara's colleague Raha was also lovely.

I will be back as its so hard to find a good hairdresser who really knows her job and does it well and attentively. Thank You :)

I’ve been going to see Sarah for about 4 months, I had an amazing balayage and cut with her that I absolutely love!! I go there to blow dry my hair and have my eyebrows done too. I recommend Sarah 100-% I totally love my hair colour and cut!

Sarah was amazing through the whole service! Was in desperate need of fresh blonde and she did exactly that, the blend and blonde was PERFECT. Very easy to chat to and very friendly, would most definitely recommend!

Unfortunately, the worse cut I have ever had. I did not feel particularly welcome, nor listened to. I really dislike the cut and feel it has no shape. They styled it in the complete opposite to what I had asked so I had to ask them to stop twice. Instead of trying to work with me, I felt like the staff were irritated and unwilling to accept that I know my own hair texture and how to style it, which I had explained. I was clearly unhappy and said so, but they charged me full price anyway. I had to hold my head in uncomfortable positions as though they had never used a defuser before. Left feeling ripped off, embarrassed and a bit upset. Would not recommend or return.

Thanks so much for your feedback ، I just wanted to mention one small point when you entered the salon, I had impression that you might not have been very happy to be there, of course I may have misunderstood the situation but I just wanted to share honestly how it came across to me,when I asked you to sit in the chair for your haircut your first question to me was where I was from , which surprised me a little . Simply answered that I am persian and after that there wasn’t much conversation between us. Your haircut was a box bob with 2 or 3 layers which is a very simple haircut it wasn’t anything complicated or difficult I do this type of haircut very ten usually several times a week and my clients are always very happy with the results including many of my regular British clients. During of your appointment I check ed every thing with you including the hair length and the number of the layers at the end you confirmed that everything was okay and asked me to style your hair . You mentioned that you wanted a natural wavy style using a diffuser. I explained that your hair texture is quite straight and soft so it may not hold a strong curl but you preferred to try the diffuser style.to use the diffuser the clients head usually needs to be moved in different directions ( for example tilting forward or slightly back) so the hair can be dried properly . I understand this may have felt uncomfortable for you , although iam not sure why it caused a negative feeling we completed your hair cut according to the photo you showed me and the styled it based on your request —nothing more and nothing less. In the end you were also charged according to the salon “s price list. In any case, thank you again for taking the time to share your experience and your feedback.

I always get highlights along with a cut and blow-dry, and every visit is amazing. The highlights are done so beautifully—they look natural, blend perfectly, and really brighten my hair without ever feeling overdone. The cut is always exactly what I want, and the blow-dry leaves my hair looking and feeling incredible.

Sara is so talented, attentive, and consistent. She really listens to what I’m after while also giving great advice on what will suit my hair best. I leave the salon every time feeling confident and so happy with the result.

I also have BIAB done on my natural nails and I’m always so pleased with the result. The finish is beautiful—super smooth, strong, and really natural looking. My nails feel so much healthier and stronger while still looking elegant.

The attention to detail is amazing, and Elly always shapes my nails perfectly. The whole appointment felt really professional and relaxing, and you can tell she take a lot of pride in her work.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else—highly recommend!
