I had the most enjoyable visit to Amber and her wonderful team at Bay Beauty yesterday. I was fed up with trying to pencil my eyebrows & shade them accurately and it was becoming a real headache! I decided to have my brows treated to a microblade treatment which was painless and the results were incredible! I now have perfect eyebrows framing my face and I am so, so happy I highly recommend Bay Beauty the team are so welcoming, friendly and professional. I will definitely return 😀

I went to this salon to train with the owner Amber to do my Nail Gaga E-File training. I travelled all the way from the North of Scotland to come and do it, I couldn't be more thankful of how lovely and welcoming I felt in her beautiful salon. I had the pleasure to do the training alongside another member of her team Jasmine. The course was more or less 1 to 1 training and it was very thorough. After just the day course I came away feeling confident to go back and introduce this service straight away into my salon. You learnt everything about how the E-files came about, to what all the drill bits are for, to learning different techniques and how to use it safely on the nail.  As I have a salon on my own, Both Amber and Jasmine helped me with other things salon related and I felt it was a lovely networking system also. I would recommend this course with Amber to anyone ☺️

Awesome friendly professional service as always - and super happy with the results of my anti-wrinkle treatment, Jasmine always does a perfect job, and is so gentle I barely notice the needles - if you’re shopping around and considering where to get your Botox done then I honesty recommend Bay Beauty Academy, and Jasmine in particular..!

The girl doing my nails and a few of the other staff members were very lovely and welcoming. Young girl on Reception was quite rude and could do with more customer service training. The appt took 3hrs for acrylic nails which is quite time consuming compared to others, two nails have fallen off within 4 days of getting them done and another is hanging on for life x
