I’ve been getting my nails done here for a year now. They do biab, which has strengthened my nails and helped growth. They’re a lovely bunch and make me very comfortable, always chatting and laughing. They always check I’m happy with colour and design and if not, change it without complaint. They’re such talented artists, that turn their hand to any design. My nails last longer here without any lifting, unlike other nail bars in Whitley. You get a reward card they stamp for £5 off too. The lady with the headscarf is so friendly and happy, we have a lovely chat. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. I’m there today for my Christmas nails 🎄

Lovely nail shop! I have had two sets of gel nails done here, and both sets were very well done. Service is always quick and professional, and the nails last a long time. I will definitely be returning ❤️

Terrible job, my nails looked awful .

Terrible experience. Mr M V Le didn’t show me the nail colour after doing the first nail, and when I said I didn’t like it after the second, he said it was too late to change. He was dismissive and didn’t seem to care whether I was happy with the result. There was no effort to fix the issue or make sure I left satisfied. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend booking with him.

Edit: The salon’s reply reflects the service I received and how they choose to handle feedback - defensive and dismissive.

Electric file used on my bare nails was very painful, ended up really damaging my nails, hurt again getting them taken off and had to have months with no polish on

Edit: they have new owners now and the prices have gone up. The designs I used to get were never more than £32, and now it’s £34 for a standard French tip. I will say they are much quicker now, and you do get seen faster.

The best place for nails in the north east by a mile! All the staff are so kind, considerate, and always accommodating!
I’ve gotten my acrylics there 3 times now and won’t go anywhere else. No detail or design is a problem either. Thank you always for such a wonderful service.

Really enjoyed my spa pedicure today very relexing and the foot and leg massage was relexing as well.The staff are really friendly and helpful made me feel wellcome. I will be back for another pedicure soon £28.00 is will the worth the price am shocked how much dead skin came off my feet. I do love my feet my feet are lovely and soft.
