I’ve been using HoH for over 4 years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The girls are so talented and friendly, booking is easy through Booksy and my builder gel nails are always top notch. HUGE range of colours to choose from and their nail art is always fabulous! Full range of beauty and lash services too which are always second-to-none - reasonably priced and quality is hard to beat. These ladies are a totally dedicated team who work really hard and the new salon is just beautiful so it’s easily my go-to, all-round salon.

Hi,unfortunately l had a poor first time experience at this nail salon.
I requested gel infills and was told that,they donot remove nails,that have been put on by another salon.
I said if they take them off,l would have a new full set.But l was still refused.
The salon was not warm and inviting

I hope other new clients,have a better experience.

Very strange booking system - I booked the available slot online, waited for an hour to find out that my booking was declined. I rang one of the private telephone numbers, but nobody answered..
I previously had a very bad experience, but decided to give it a go again. And was let down by the business, again. Would not recommend.. inexperienced business owners.

Have been coming here for about a year and made an appointment as usual on Booksy over a month in advance because I’m a bridesmaid next week and wanted to make sure I was booked in on time. The appointment was unconfirmed so I messaged Amber three times to ask if all was OK and she just ignored all of my messages :( Really disappointing as have been coming every month for ages and now stuck before my friends wedding next week.
