I didn’t have any work carried out because opening time is advertised as 10am, arrived at 10:20, waited until 10: 50 and no one arrived to open the shop so took my customer elsewhere. Very poor Customer Service and very unprofessional.

No idea why they are rated so badly- probably the best place I have gotten my nails done! Really quick and friendly, well priced, and really talented! Deffos recommend, really happy !! Xx

Honestly I couldn't ask for more.very friendly every time I go in.and I am always happy with my nails.well worth the price if you ask me.not over priced same all over.some regitive feed back that I have read,but I don't understand.but I guess it just down to personal experience which is fair comment.

I lately have become very disappointed, the guy is very good, but his partner is not, she is too quick and doesn't do a good job at all, plus they should take the sign off the door of the closing hours, as they never keep to them,no I definitely will not be going back there,

Third time there and I am very happy with my nails. It really helps if you show a photo of the kind of nails you want. They will tell you what they can and can't do and give you a price before hand. Honest staff, the man today said it would not be the same as the photo but that he could do something similar. The gold leaf part was very tricky and it took a lot of time and effort but I am very happy with the outcome ☺️ xx thank you nail fairy xxx

Be careful here.

The wife just had white polish put on in May for a wedding. Went back to have cleaned and her nails have never been the same since.
They were dipped in acetone ( or something) which made fingers tingle. Now her nails are not in good state. Thought they might have grown out...but might be damaged nail bed.

I have no idea how this shop gets ANY business! The lady who works here is so very rude, and rough handed!
The older guy who works here is a fabulous technician, but sadly his colleague lets the whole business down.
Best to avoid this place, in my opinion!
