I’ve been coming here every month for the past year and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and know each of their customers by name which I think is lovely. Even on the busiest days, everyone is so attentive and you can see how hard they work to make sure everyone gets seen to as quick as possible.
They’re all very talented when it comes to different nail designs and take great care with their pedicures. 10/10 recommend - definitely a head above the other nail bars around ☺️

I’ve been to this nail shop a few times and always had a lovely experience but today it wasn’t so good. My nails were being done by a lady who I’ve never seen in the shop before (sorry I’m not sure of her name). She was quite rude. I asked if my nails could be cut shorter and she said “they’re already short”. I said yes but just a little bit shorter and she seemed annoyed. Then a little while later, she started talking loudly in Vietnamese and whatever she said, it was definitely about me as the 2 male staff members sitting beside her both turned to look at me at the same time. Then she said something else and they looked at my face again. I felt very self conscious and vulnerable and I don’t think I’ll be coming back, unfortunately. I’ve always had lovely experiences in this shop, but this lady’s attitude has changed this.

Reviewed this place a good few times on different accounts, staff are so friendly and welcoming, I got a warm drink from them and I have a tendency to feel really awkward and embarrassed easily but they always explain things and are super understanding thank you once again muse nails! <3 always leave happy
