Hello there. First of all, thank you for taking the time to express your thoughts, giving me the opportunity to clarify everything this time.

On the day you came for your nails done,you wanted to have colored acrylic for your nails, and you mentioned you'd like the color to match what you were getting for your toenails along with a pedicure. After completing the nails extensions , we proceeded with the pedicure, and the male nail technician, who manages the shop, explained the cost for the pedicure and extensions on your toenails would be £60, and you agreed. He also explained that if you had opted for each service separately, the pedicure would be £32, and the acrylic toenails would be £38 (totaling £70).

When it came time to settle the bill, we charged £94 (£34 for the nails and £60 for the pedicure and extensions), and you expressed that it was too much. You didn't raise any concerns about the rush service or how the services were performed that day; your main concern was the total amount being too high. We explained the breakdown, and you mentioned that you thought the £60 covered both the pedicure and nails extensions , so you were okay with it.

You willingly paid the amount, but about 10 minutes later, you called and, after an explanation from our side, you came back 30 minutes later expressing a desire to get a refund. We agreed to remove the extensions on your toenails and refund you £28, which you accepted.

As far as we knew, everything had been resolved that day until I saw your review about my business. I just wanted to provide a detailed explanation of the events from that day.
e made every effort to maintain our pricing and avoid any possible confusion, but it seems that misunderstandings during our communication may have complicated things. Despite that, we believed we had resolved the matter satisfactorily with you.
