The man is so rude and did my nails so badly and uneven. He seems pretty inpatient and just want to finished his job of asap instead of taking care of my opinion.

Went for the first time today as a walk in. Was seated straight away. Offered a drink. Staff were polite and kept checking I was happy with my nails. They did exactly what I asked and they look great

Not best pleased to say the least. 3rd time at t&a came in for a full set. Took way longer than normal the prep and application was very slow but when it came to painting and detail was so rushed. Nails looked okay in their lighting but when I got home and looked I noticed so many bits of dust in my nails, patches and only did one coat of paint and not 2 quite disappointed tbh

So annoyed was hoping a better experience that the last time I visited but the same as before. Went back to give them a second chance as it had been a few months since my not to good experience. Went it for a full set. Was all okay. Got to the painting the nails again all okay. Was asked if I was happy and from what I could see in the salon they looked fine. Got out and got home and noticed the design they did was smudged and wonky and what’s worst the nails all not the same in shape and really wonky!!!!!Is

Alis made my nails beautiful , technically and shape wise - A star! (1st visit)

My 3rd visit. I have spent 2.5 hours - waiting for my short biab nails to be done.
Guys I know you have had a lot of customers today - however why my biab is thicker than gel nails in your gallery - I am very dissatisfied 😒……. Would like to have them re done - biab nails shouldn’t be so thick and wavy the biab spill and colour spill at the tip of my nails and bubbling up…. Wow 🤗☠️💀 ( pictures below)

Absolutely outstanding service. No pressure, sensible advice and care for nails. Prices are very reasonable and the staff are very friendly. These arey own nails, that they advised to keep and just strengthen. I couldn't be happier!
