Only gave 1 star because I had to, I had an awful experience here and came out crying. I went in wanting acrylic overlay on real nails which I have had a million times over. I have slight imperfections in my nails which the girl commented on, I showed her a picture of my nails previously from a previous nail tech (I have moved recently so was looking for new one)
The girl said yes she can do it and proceeded to start my nails. She kept looking at my hands funny like she was going to catch something. I asked the problem she told me my nail was too bent and I needed to cut them off and have new set which is not what I wanted. I explained this to her, i wanted to keep my nails and again showed her a picture of MY nails having been done by someone else at the same length imperfections and all. Long story short I ended up leaving after the girl had already started and then decided she couldn't achieve my required look. I'd have preferred being told this when I entered rather than waiting for 30 minutes just to be treated in a very unprofessional and rude manner.

I used to live in Ipswich and this was always my go-to nail salon. I’ve now moved to Colchester and still haven’t found anywhere that compares. The quality, attention to detail, and consistency from the girl working there are unmatched ✨
I really miss living closer, but it’s 100% worth the travel every time 💅
Highly recommend to anyone who wants perfect nails every time 💖

I went in for a gel on my toes and acrylic removal with gels as well for my hands. I’ve never been here but everywhere was fully booked and I’m going on holiday. The girl doing my nail asked if I wanted to shorted my toe nails and as they were grown I said yes a little. Literally half of it was cut and they looked ridiculous to the point i was literally going to cry as I’m going on holiday and I’ve been growing them out for the longest time just for it to look nice. I had to sit there another hr for my acrylics to be removed and to get gels. Literally sobbing inside. When the same girl was doing my nails I asked for colours and she said she’s gonna do a natural colour me thinking it’ll be the same as my toes. Or at least a cute natural nude. It was pink baby pink and it doesn’t suit my skin tone at all. I was so upset from my toes I just didn’t say anything at this point I just wanted to leave. And the fact that biab was over £42 is crazy. I can’t believe it and I’ve taught myself a lesson never go anywhere you don’t know.
