I always come to do eyebrows downstairs wich was nice everytime but last few times i went upstairs because she busy so there is glasses lady doneemy eyebrow very badly she was talking on phone and laughing sprry but i did not expect this as i am regular customer of musku .I will never go upstairs as environment is not good the nail girls talking very loudly and laughing which is very unprofessional i just love the work of musku

I used to love visiting ravishing beauty I went constantly every three weeks for fingers and every two months for toes and eyebrows and then literally all the staff left. Kathy and ruby exetera. No idea why. I went to get my nails done and got a greenie as my nails lifted last year and I thought it was a one of so went back and got my toes done. I was surprised when I was told I couldn’t have black toe nails because she hates using black nail polish. When I said id leave and go elsewhere she then suggested a very dark purple I felt compelled to use. I then went to party a week later and my toe nail polish all came off when I took my shoes off, this has never happened before so ignored it and went back to get my nails redone and the service wasn’t great again. I had my nails redone and the same happened. I went elsewhere to have them removed because I don’t want to deal with girls again. I have also noticed they lie about prices and add on costs I was quoted money twice and charged more at the till twice I thought first time was a mistake and when I went to till again it was over the amount they told me and in their price quotes printed. I’m a people pleaser so try not to argue. I just go elsewhere. I have however continued every and then getting eyebrows done downstairs.
I went to get my eyebrows done by the lady downstairs a few times when rubys was too busy down the road. However every-time I visit she is uninterested and rushes you. Today was final straw where I turned up and she was on her phone. She couldn’t be bothered to put her phone down to talk to me and gave me one worded command like sit whilst talking on phone. I tried to talk to say what I wanted but she didn’t acknowledge just did it. She spoke with her phone on her shoulder Leaning over my face whilst putting dye on my eyebrows which could have fell and smashed me in my face. Whilst also talking on it still. She then just said wait to me again no customer service whatsoever. Then she came over only a few mins later and rubbed of the tint which I though was weird as you normally leave on a minimum of ten minute's. And then waxed them in like 30 seconds. There was no care taken. When I looked in the mirror I said I wasn’t happy I still had random eyebrows dotted around and the ends where still messy. She couldn’t be bothered to get of the phone and argued with me that it was the reflection. I’m sorry apparently the reflection causes you to grow hairs. I said I feel like they should be taken out and trim the long ones. SHe was visibly annoyed by me. I had been nothing but respectful and silent untill id asked her to get those brows but again she layed me down spent two seconds on them and I still wasn’t happy so I just sad fine just let me pay and leave and she seemed annoyed. I am sorry but the reason it’s never busy there is because of her attitude. If your at work turn your phone off while dealing with a customer. And be polite! if a customer isn’t happy don’t be so defensive and just help and look again. Rushing the job gets you nowhere. I also feel like my eyebrows tint will come off by tomorrow already because they already don’t look dyed. I won’t be returning.
I didn’t want to put a negative review but it seems the service needs a major looking at or they Wind end up loosing customers and shutting down.

Will not be coming back - pedicure where I was scrubbed so hard/rough my skin came off. May be my fault for having such soft skin! Now the next day unable to wear proper shoes :(

I had my nails done in December 2025 but unfortunately the technician who attended to my nails did not seem to have the experience of a qualified nail technician and she cut my cuticle too deep causing my finger to bleed. I was going on holiday and I had to put a plaster on my finger but it did not stop the bleeding straightaway. I was not happy with the way the gel polish was applied as it looked smudged. I paid £30 for this treatment which was sub standard. I did complain and I was offered a free treatment but I decided not to return after the bad experience I had. Unfortunately I won’t be going back to this salon.
