Customer of 5yrs, never had any issues and forever grateful how beautiful my nails look every time! They last me 5-6 weeks before i go back for infills or new sets of acrylic or Biab. Fast service, great quality, HUGE range of colours to choose from and friendly staff there. Highly recommend them! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I got my nails done not even 2 weeks ago, and I've had 2 break in half and 3 pop off. luckily I've had no damage to my nails. I've had my nails done here before and they lasted 5 weeks, I had a week with no nails on, and when I got them redone they started to come off. £40 worth of nails for 5 to come off in under 2 weeks.

Have been here twice and there was this older man who is so rude! I asked for a certain design which he failed to do then when I asked him to change the design he started he started arguing with me! So aggressive throws my hands all over the place and also drilled and burned my skin with the e file on numerous ocassions. An older lady also swapped half way through and was also so aggressive. However the first time I went in I had this younger lady who was so kind and gentle, she made sure i was happy with the designs and colours and was so chatty and friendly and did a amazing job with my nails! Massive well done to her

Was seated immediately as a walk in today to get my acrylics removed, also had done twice here previously that had lasted phenomenally. The young lady was amazing 👏 removed them super gently and re applied french tips to my natural nails and did a superb job, really pleased Thanks 😊

Went in to have a colour changed. The older gentleman did my nails and oh my was he so rude , asked for white with chrome on the top of it , he starts painting my nails nude and then puts white chrome on the top , said that’s not what i asked for and got up and walked away and had a strop like he was a child. Not good customer service at all , especially when i’m paying for the service would expect to be treated with respect.

Wouldn’t recommend this place unless you want 3 different people doing your nails in rotation and then being charged for something you didn’t ask for. When you try and explain what you asked for they don’t take off their masks to speak to you properly either to avoid embarrassment I paid £35 today for acrylic tips as he used a “colored” acrylic which I didn’t ask for, I’m not sure how they think it is ok to treat customers this way. Either way I won’t be visiting them again.

The man done my nails was not impressive with him kept pulling hands over the place I'f knew where nails bars where would gone elsewhere and think used builder gel without asking me think bit bad never again

Been getting nails done there for a while now, been okay, but started to get slap happy. Didn't even recognise me when I came in. When ever I was there made any excuse to be on there phone to text going to go somewhere else now. Lost my custom. How RUDE

I dont like to leave bad reviews but in this case I have no choice. I had a very bad experience with one of the ladies in this salon. I use a scooter and had a load of groceries so didn't want to leave my scooter outside, I saw that there was a slope going in so I drove in with my scooter. The lady at the till was friendly but there was an older lady there who was extremely rude. She told me to get my scooter out of there - waving her hand shooing me out. I told her I was nervous to leave it outside as I had all my groceries on it. She got even more aggressive and told me to get out with my scooter. Shooing me out like I was a stray dog. It was very humiliating especially in front of the other staff and clients.
