Google Amazing experience as always at Image. The therapists/beauty technicians are all so professional, friendly and all provide an amazing service. I have my nails and lashes done every 2-3 weeks and always have a fab experience. Would definitely recommend

Google Went here a few years ago to get a massage and eyebrow wax/tint. I was left waiting with no receptionist, girl doing massage was late but didn't apologise and acted like I was an inconvenience. Waxing was done after the massage which seemed odd and not relaxing. Overall felt unwelcome

Google Went here ages ago. Hated it. Was recommended someone that worked here so gave it another go. Paid for parking went in for a patch test, no desk now for some really odd reason. Waited around for about 25mins. 2 members of staff barely came out of there rooms to get people, looked straight through me, nail area was empty, no one on there. Left money down and no patch test. Nice to know the unwelcoming vibe is still there. Probably worse now as if your not someones own client why would they want to serve you and waste their own time and money?

Google Suzi was amazing pre-booking. Her and her team worked so hard to create a last minute appointment. A really clean, vibrant salon and the staff are all lovely. Would highly recommend.
