I can’t recommend The beauty hideout enough. The most relaxing facial that leaves my skin feeling like glass. I’ve been going regularly and seen such an improvement with my skin looking more youthful and clearer.

I had a luxury pedicure. The therapist did not have the equipment she needed. The masque was missed completely and the gel polish came off on 3 toes after 2 days. I emailed them to ask for the varnish to be done again but they didn't reply to my email.

I went for the aromatherapy massage with heat and I couldn’t recommend these ladies enough jasmine did my massage this evening and I suffer very badly with siatica after this I had no pain and felt amazing. Would 100% recommend

I booked in for a back massage. However the lady who massaged me was awkward and did not ask me any questions about how much pressure i would like and where I would like her to focus on. She put no effort in massage she did not move from the spot she started in and I asked her 2 times if she could put a but more pressure on as it felt like she was just rubbing the gel on my back not massaging me. The 3rd time i asked if she was nervous or or new and her response was that she's "had a long day [2pm]" and she does beauty treatments and not massages. I asked if i can reschedule my massage as it just a waste of my money if I feel no better when it's done. She told me no she will carry on. At the end I had to ask her to cover my back before exiting the room as she was about to open the door not respecting my privacy as a muslim woman. Once I was dressed and walked out of the room she was no where to be seen. I'm extremely disappointed. I have tried to put a complaint in however I am still awaiting a response from Tammy.
