I don’t like it i asked them to cut a little bit and they make my nails way too short and i don’t like the design at all the way she did it

I got my nails done 40 minutes before closing time and they did an amazing job :) The nails are very cute. The charms have been on for two weeks now and the quality of the nails are still going strong! I would definitely recommend :)

Awful. Really messy application of colour, all over toe skin. He didn’t take existing shellac off properly with electric filer, therefore all lumpy. When I mentioned it I was hushed up and lady took over who then went over it again and filled down my existing nail until it split, which hurt.

Wonderful service, very clean, and the prices are fantastic. If you are a student they offer a student discount too. My French pedicure has never looked better.

At first o was sceptical at trying this place out but it’s a Very affordable place to get nails done in Southampton. They do a good job.
Their service is very quick and they have a lot of options.

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. I never imagined a basic pedicure would turn into a medical ordeal lasting nearly two years. The technician had pushed the cuticle way too far back and caused it to bleed. I noticed after my toe was hurting, itching, swollen and red, over the next few days the skin started peeling, forming pus, and the nail was changing -basically, my toe became infected, discoloured, and painful eventually after much antifungal creams not working, I was put on strong antifungal tablets and had to be monitored due to the risk of organ damage from the tablets.

I was on and off treatment for nearly two years as it's not a set tablets I could not take back to back due to the potential side effects. What should have been a routine self-care moment turned into a painful, expensive, and emotionally draining journey.

Please be cautious about where you get your nails done and avoid this place. Hygiene, proper technique, and training are essential and clearly they lacked.

Have been charged a different price every time and they have loyalty cards for some not others ! I don’t recommend! Had pedicure and shellac hands one hand shaped differently to the other I won’t return! Overcharging
