They are quite rude. I walked in earlier and told them I can wait since I didn’t have an appointment. The guy said “so???” not sure why, I thought he knows this is a nail salon.

Went there to get my infill done instead of nice square shape i went out with duck nails the gel was see through and uneven i was burnt with the drill so many times had few dants in the nail bed
The couple who run this shop were not educated enough to run the business
I would rather avoid that place

My first visit to Nails 28 today and it will not be my last. Was made to feel very welcomed by the lovely couple that run Nails 28.... my nails are looking beautiful for my hols I'm very pleased with them and the nail art . Very reasonable prices too l, would recommend anyone that needs pampering go see Michael & his lovely wife....

Unfortunately a really bad experience. Barely any nail prep, painful filing, builder gel applied unevenly, nail apex is wonky and gel all over my skin around my nails. I was also told that the nail art I had chosen wouldn't fit on my nails because she claimed I have shallow nail beds, which is firstly quite insulting but also just completely untrue. The lady running this place with her husband shouted at him for his attention and then complained about men to me telling me not to get married, it was all very uncomfortable. I was booked for a builder gel manicure and a pedicure but I let them know I wasn't happy, they still charged me £30 (tried to charge £36!) and I went home unhappy and to paint my toenails myself.

What lovely people & very talented. Had a lovely relaxing time chatting & laughing about life as I had my nails done! So very pleased with the result.

AVOID… Popped in for a gel manicure but really wish I hadn’t.

It was a rush job which ended up looking very amateur.

No cuticle care.

I was cut on my big toe and burned with the drill multiple times. There was a lot of unnecessarily filing which resulted in my toes being quite short and some of them wonky. There also isn't a great colour selection for French nails, which is unusual as French is a very popular and classic style. The gel also spilled over onto my skin and not much was done to fix it. Was hoping for a nice pedicure but unfortunately left the salon very unsatisfied. Not the work of a professional.
