I had the best experience here ever. My nails have lasted a full 4 weeks and I have rebooked. Overall a relaxing experience.

Although all the people there were lovely I was a little disappointed. Firstly I booked an appointment for 5 and wasn't seen until 6. They did offer free drink and £5 discount which was appreciated. Luckily, I had nowhere else I had to be. The lady doing my nails was lovely and I was very happy with the results.....at first. When I looked under nails there was alot of clumps of glue which does look nice and is rather uncomfortable. Unfortunately I will not be going back.

I recently visited this nail salon and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The overall environment felt quite unorganised, and the salon itself was noticeably messy, which didn’t create a relaxing or professional atmosphere.

The quality of the service also fell short of expectations. My nails were not shaped evenly, and the finish looked rushed rather than carefully done. It didn’t feel like much attention was given to detail.

Additionally, the salon appeared to be overbooked. While I was there, another customer had to wait over an hour past their scheduled appointment time, which reflects poor time management and consideration for clients.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this salon based on my experience. There’s definitely room for improvement in both organisation and service quality.

Not quite sure how it’s achieved 4.7 star rating overall
