Was turned away - told me they didn’t do nails. Didn’t even offer a manicure. A nail shop that doesn’t do nails? Quite rude and a bizarre attitude. Would give zero stars if I could.

Had my nails done here a couple months ago and was very happy with the kind service I recieved. They saw my vision completely and gave me the most gorgeous nail set that I had to attend a festival in summer. Would highly recommend, the staff are so hard working!!

Went in on a Sunday and asked if they had any space for me and my mum they said no I said okay shall I come back in a half and hour they said nothing I said a hour ? Hour and a half ? A man then replied with I don’t book appointments I said okay but your very busy and there is no where to sit and wait he then just looked at me and said nothing so I left I have never been to a nail shop and had someone I was offering my money to be so rude never again !

The staff are really friendly, but unfortunately my gel nails chipped within a few days both times I had them done. A bit frustrating, but the service itself was lovely.

The lady that did my nails was really hostile. I have never had such poor service before. If you’re looking for anything slightly beyond basic single colour designs I also do not recommend

Worst place ever!! Came in yesterday for an infill, the man doing my nails had just finished there last client then went out for a cigarette and did not wash his hands before doing my nails. The man also had some type of wart/fungal infection on his fingers and was not wearing gloves was absolutely disgusting. Then to top it off the man was so rough he was putting his nails into my fingers and while using the file he managed to cut 7 of my fingers, not even slight scratches, they are deep cuts.

My original price for the infills was £40, I showed the man and another worker at the end and said it’s bad and that I wasn’t paying that much, I was then told to just go wash the blood of my hands?! After that I was told I can have £5 off. I ended up giving them £20 I was not going to pay anymore, which the man rolled his eyes at. They should be grateful they even got that most people would have given them nothing.

I have been coming to this salon for 5+ years, I love the nails every time. Overall, most of the nail techs are quite good at creating what you want. There are a few that I absolutely do not like their work and their customer service, but the rest are absolutely amazing. They all do speak in their language quite a lot and make jokes across the room, which is very disrespectful and uncomfortable. Another thing I don’t like is that they switch clients all the time, it’s very frustrating because in general you’re going to spend 1 hour there to do the nails, but then end up close to 2 hours because they switch around and make you wait while doing something else, instead of just focusing on 1 client only. But anyway, their art and pricing makes it worth it.
