i went to get my toes done they were lovley when i left a few weeks.later and i now have raging infection my toe is sprouting out like jack and the been stalk i am in pain my toe is now purple

Awful! I will not be coming back!! They didn’t listen to me from the get go, and cut down my nails insanely short as they thought I wanted a “full set”, and I took that to mean a full set of gel nails as I don’t speak ‘nail terms’ and had already explained on the phone I just wanted gel on my own nails. Then I asked for cat eye polish, chose the one I wanted which was a rasberry-pinky colour only for it to look nothing like that and instead be a bright red which I expressed I wasn’t happy with so I had to choose a darker purple. Not to mention the generally unfriendly atmosphere; I wasn’t spoken to At all, apart from at the very beginning. Not to mention the nail technician dragged my hand around the place like I was a rag doll. The nail tech also didn’t ask me how I wanted the cateye to be styled, and instead took it upon himself to do a diagonal line across all nails, which If he would’ve asked, I would’ve said just leave the cat eye coat as is. Disappointing and not the costumer service you expect to receive, I’ll be going further up the road next time!

Love the lady in there pretty with ponytail with the cute af little boy! She's the one who does my nails 10/10 every time I trust her and they last longer! The other staff are great 👍 I'm just used to my lady! Recommend fully i won't go no where else!

I can't thank them enough, they done my daughters nail last year for her birthday and today they done her nails and her 2 friends nails, girls are well happy, and not many nail salon do kids , thank you very much, kids love pampering and feeling great , and nails are great

Awful atmosphere!!! Their work at Top Nails isn’t bad at all - but if you want to feel uncomfortable the whole duration of your appointment this is the place for you. On ATLEAST 4 occasions they have ignored mine and my friends requests, burnt my mother 3 times with an electric file and blatantly speak badly about you in their own language from the moment you enter, so you’re made to feel uncomfortable and very unwelcome. - time to go to a different salon for sure.

I always come to this salon for gel toes/pedis. Lovely clean salon, staff are always polite and friendly! This morning I was seated for gel toes within 5 mins of arriving and finished within 20 mins. Great service and great price! Thank you :)
