My nails haven't all had the same shape,eventhough I have showed them a photo with the shape I want. But what was more disappointing is that the price they list online and in the shop is not corresponding with what you get to be charged at the end ( even in my text notification was mentioned £31 to get asked £37 at the end and obviously, you have to leave a tip,otherwise you'd feel bad)

I used to come here regularly because they talk about clients in Vietnemse. (I checked on google translate) and it was very hit and miss with the nails being good.

I came back today as I couldn’t get in anywhere else and asked for a design. It wasn’t like the picture but I liked parts of it so just left the areas I wasn’t happy with as it was getting awkward when I kept having to ask for changes and each time they would talk and laugh about it.

The photo I showed them had gems so I was quoted £47, they did not have the right gems so they just used polish. When I went to pay they charged me the same amount without using the gems. I challenged this and the owner tried to gaslight me saying I asked for the tiny small dots you can see in the middle of the stars to be made thicker. This is because the nail artist didn’t do it thick enough.
Good customer service would charge me less for not adding gems which I know costs more and not gas lighting me into thinking doing an extra dot of nail polish would be more more h then several gems. They charged me extra for something they did not provide. I opted out of the gems because they didn’t have the right size that I wanted so it should have been cheaper.
I am not happy with how I was dealt with. rip you off- £97 I paid for gels on my feet, pedicure and biab on my nails with the design without the gems- an absolute rip off.
I will never come back again and over them talking about customers every time I am in there.
Attached are 2 photos of my nails- as you can see the middle is badly done just I left it as it had already been set when I saw the final nail, the rest of the nails are ok but not worth nearly £50 and the last photo is want I asked for with the gems.

After a tiring day at work, I visited Swan Nails to experience the pedicure service here. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, the drinks were free and cool. I will definitely come back and recommend them. Thank you.

My sister came here to get her wedding nails done, and the experience was really disappointing. She was alone and trying to call family for help choosing colours, but the technician rushed her throughout the appointment, making her feel pressured and uncomfortable.

The BIAB application was lumpy and uneven, and the nails weren’t even the same length. The nail art was extremely basic and not at all what she had in mind. Looking closely, the design wasn’t even shaped properly—it was just a straight line, not angled to the nail at all.

She tried to raise her concerns while she was there, but no one offered any help or solution. For such an important occasion, this level of service just isn’t acceptable. Wouldn’t recommend for bridal or special event nails.

I came from Australia to see my sister and was a little sceptical about having my infills done as I have had the same lady for over 8 years in Sydney…. Wow this salon and Jenny who did my nails were amazing!!!! 🤩 I’ve never been happier she was so meticulous did a fabulous job and my nails look the best they have ever been!!!!! I highly recommend the service comfort and end result at Swan Nails! Il be back at my next visit to the uk 🇬🇧 without a doubt! Thank you Jenny! Xo

The nails are ok but I had a guy that I had previously seen training do mine. It was quite roughly done. The rotating file heated up and my nails hurt because they got hot. The nail file he used was like course sand paper and he wedged it down the side of my nails when filing them and this morning they are very sore and red. Also he put the polish on very haphazardly and when I left the salon I had to pick it off the skin next to my nails. This is not what you expect for £40.

Best service better than all the rest as its all in time, no waiting around. Wish they weren't so trigger happy with the drill as it takes months years to get nails back to normal.

WOW! I won’t say anything, because the nails speak for themselves. Great service and welcomed with a nice cold drink :) loads of options, and even more of the polish options. Really recommend!!!
