Very professional, came in with my partner. Very polite people and always asked me if I wanted anything to drink and not only that whilst I waited for my partner they let me sit in a massage chair. Couldn’t have been more welcoming 👍🏻

The shop was straight-up unhygienic. There was a dog inside that wiped its ass along the floor multiple times. Not once — multiple times. And no one cleaned it up or seemed to think this was a problem. Watching that happen in a place where people are getting beauty treatments was disgusting.

On top of that, we were told someone would be back in “5 minutes.” That turned into 45 minutes. No update, no apology, nothing. When the guy finally came back, instead of acknowledging the wait, he gave us dirty looks like we’d inconvenienced him by being there.

Between the filth, the wasted time, and the rude attitude, this place is a joke. I left feeling grossed out and annoyed, and I definitely won’t be coming back. I’ll also be warning others, because no one should expect basic hygiene and be met with… whatever this was.

Friendly service and great nails and if ever something isn’t right or anything chips they always put it right for me promptly and with no fuss and the pedicures are amazing too. There is also a wide arrange of drinks and snacks available for customers to enjoy throughout the appointment. Thank you for a lovely service 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽. Now offering Biab nails 👍🏽 there are also new pedicure massage chairs which are also so nice and relaxing and everything is clean and hygienic which I appreciate 🙏🏽🩷

My nails really are perfect! The man who did my set was so professional, he took his time and was gentle. Usually when I get my nails done it is a very painful experience but he was just amazing. Every pearl was placed with perfect precision and they look just like my reference image. They offer you refreshments and there are two super cute dogs too. The nails were more a bit more expensive than I’m used to paying but for the level of care and hard work that went into my nails I was happy to pay it. Will definitely be back, thankyou! Xx

Came back to change my bad review from 4 year ago.
Decided to try Perfect Nails again at the start of the year and I am so glad I did. I've stopped having acrylics done and I started out with small, weak, bitten nails-
I decided to give builder gel a try.
The guy that does my builder gel nails is consistent, friendly and has made my nails strong, long and healthy.
They dont chip and easily last the 2/3 weeks until my next infill.
Can not recommend enough!
Thank you Perfect Nails. 👌👏💅💕

Horrible experience.

My mom had a pedicure done here and we were really disappointed with the level of hygiene. The man working there used the same scissors on her as he did on the person next to her without sanitizing them in between!!

They also added bleach and salt to the water without asking, which caused a strong allergic reaction for my mom. When she told him, his response was that she’s the first person to get allergic. I also had my nails done here, they fell off after just two weeks. During the process, the man accidentally cut my finger and all I got was a “sorry.” while my finger was bleeding.
The pricing was unclear, before starting there is a price but then getting your nails done it’s a completely different one.. I asked for square nails and they turned out thick and uneven. The service felt rushed and careless. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for safe, clean, and professional treatment.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Reasonable pricing, always achieve the vision. Waiting time could be improved, however the outcome is always worth it
