Google I’ve been seeing Becky for a few years now, she is super friendly and professional but more importantly has got me from being very anxious and nervous for certain treatments to actually looking forward to them and enjoying them!
From waxing, tinting to massages, this salon is so warm and friendly, the treatments offered are brilliant and the service is first class!

Google Truly awful experience. Had BIAB nails and polish done and the technician made two cuticles bleed profusely which didn't stop until after I left the salon. The finish on the gel was poor and then two full nails came off within 7 days (the first one after only 5).
When I contacted the business for a refund they were extremely unhelpful, refused my request and then ignored me when I requested their complaints policy and email address. Would never go again.

When you contacted us, we requested photographs and offered to re-do the full set of nails, as well as a goodwill credit for a nail service to be used at a later date, in line with our complaints policy and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These options were declined.
We did not ignore your correspondence. We remained in contact, explained our complaints process, and offered multiple resolutions in an attempt to resolve the matter.
As with all completed services, we are unable to offer a refund; however, the corrective treatment and goodwill credit offered remain available.
We regret that we were unable to reach an outcome that you were satisfied with.

Google I had a Swedish back message on Thursday morning, it was painful but I thought it was better than being too gentle, my top and lower back feels very bruised and this is on Saturday so if you’re having one maybe ask for it not yo-yo be so hard!

Google This was my first BIAB manicure with Umaiza , and I was very impressed . She took time helping me choose the colours for the base gel and colour , as I wanted a natural - looking French manicure finish . Umaiza checked I was happy with the length and shape of my nails, and their appearance as each coat was applied . She was committed to delivering a quality experience and that I would be delighted with the result - which I was .
I found Umaiza to be very professional , friendly and helpful. Highly recommended !
