Extremely disappointed with staff attitudes very rude and disrespectful, walked in to get my feet done which they have said we can fit in , I got seated and I requested female member then to be told no we can’t offer and u may leave if you wish . Highly unprofessional behaviour and would never recommend this place !!!! Avoid

Their massage chairs you sit in to get your gels done on your feet are amazing. I could have quite happily sat there for longer. Gels done well and nice and quick. Thanks!

Beautiful experience I’m a regular and I’m never left disappointed. No matter who dies my nails they always eat!! They could try and keep to their appointment times but other than that she slayed!

Regular customer, love what the team does and nails always look lovely.

Just a minor issue, when having my nails removed it was a new staff member or someone training.

She took a lot of time and she chipped into my natural nail which is painful, and taking time to heal and it’s already been 2.5 weeks and feels tender to touch.

Nothing was offered as compensation.

I have gone to this nail shop many times before, not because I value their work but because it’s been the most convenient. They are the closest to me and only go if I really need to get them done. The past couple times I had the owners husband do my nails and found him to be very aggressive, as a woman I go to get my nails done to relax and treat myself but when I get service like that it ruins the whole point and my mood. I’ve endured that kind of treatment so far but today’s visit was even worse.

Today I had a lovely girl prep my nails and then another female wearing a black hoodie took over, I wanted acrylic infills with a natural colour, I saw the gel options they had and was convinced they would be see through so asked for an acrylic powder colour then was told the price would be £35, (the pricing for the most simple service is ridiculous), the lady told me it’s £5 more because she’d have to take of the basic acrylic otherwise the nail would be too thick, I have had the same request before at my other salon and it was never an issue. You could just file down the basic acrylic a little bit then put the coloured acrylic on top. If I wanted a take off and redo service then I would’ve asked for one.

I also asked for my nails to be cut shorter and she only asked once if it’s fine, they were still very long. I then request “just a tiny bit shorter” and then she filed them almost all of it, they are tooo short. I couldn’t observe how much she was filing them down as I was pressured into picking a colour.

Reaching to the end of the service I felt much gel on my finger and it was sticking everywhere, I didn’t know if it would wash off with soap and water I assumed it would be easier to clean with a polish removal so I pointed out the fact it was on my fingers and she smuggly and rudely said “ just wash it” and laughed in my face a bit. After that is truly looked like she was chatting rubbish about me to the owner next to her.

To top it all off, I washed my hands and got ready to pay, I usually do a bank transfer. So I told the owners husband I would do that. He then said “would you not prefer to take cash out” I told him I prefer to do a bank transfer. And he had the audacity to then say “and i prefer to take cash”. I PAY MY TAXES. As a business it’s your responsibility to pay them too, you overcharge your customers already as it is for basic services, I usually do my nails in London, at a very popular place and they charge £20, for infills and gel colour, and the end result is perfect, I don’t have a single complaint when it comes to the London store, they also have the best attitude and you can tell they value each customer that walks in.

I will never come back to this place they don’t deserve even a penny. And please treat your trainees better, the girl prepping my nails today was the only good part, what I witnessed was you treating the sweet woman like a servant.

Today I went to American Nails 1 in Fishponds with my mum , the people there were so nice. Anh did my nails and she was so gentle and very kind. I will definitely be coming back here again soon. I had Acrylic extensions and my mum had biab, the place was so clean and cosy and thank you for welcoming me!

Arrived for appointment at 10, asked what I was there for which I said acrylics. Waited 45 minutes before I asked how much longer as I had booked for 10am. They did apologise but told me they asked if I’d booked an appointment and I said no which they had not. Felt as though nails were rushed after this and there was no offer of compensation / discount for time wasted. Nails ok but service not good at all and felt the person doing my nails to be short and rude

Visited today and was so impressed.
The salon was so clean and well presented.
The younger girl done exactly what I asked for and took great care and time with my nails.
I had BIAB and nail design.
I will definitely be back again.
Wish I took her name who done my nails!
