Husbands account 😅 Just visited after the recent refit and wow — what a transformation! The salon looks amazing, really fresh and modern, but still has that welcoming, “feel at home” vibe the moment you walk in.
The staff are as great as ever — super friendly, professional, and genuinely make you feel comfortable. You’re not just another appointment here, they really take the time to look after you.
Highly recommend if you’re after a relaxed atmosphere with top-quality service. Love the new look and will definitely be back!

I was recommended this salon by a lot of people so I took my chance and went in for wash+cut+blow, it was amazing. The hairdresser lady was amazing, friendly and fun. Did an excellent job and offered tea and cake like how sweet is that. Prices are amazing as well, 4.5/5 recommend ittt x

I've never been here before and turned up as a Friday afternnon walk-in. Found it a very friendly place & was offered refreshments as soon as I was comfy and in the chair. Full consultation and total collaboration with the super lovely graduate stylist. I'm really happy with the wash & amazing cut and paid a great price too. I would definitely recommend this salon & will be returning. Thanks team!

Myself and my 16 year old have been having our hair done for years by Tash ant 121 and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
My daughter recently had her hair cut and highlighted by Neave 121’s newly qualified hairstylist. I can honestly say you can tell she’s been trained my Tash and takes her job very seriously. she done an incredible job with my daughters hair and she will be going back to her in the future. I would like to also add that my daughter’s hair is extremely thick and takes along time to style and colour in anyway. Neave was amazing though, very friendly and made my daughter feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend her.

I have been coming to this salon since 2019 and have always found the staff happy to help with appointments changes. Love to have a chat and make sure you are welcomed with a hot drink and biscuits.
Even down to asking how your family members are.
With the new update to the salon with their refit it is a lovely, relaxing calming environment to get your hair done and have a good chin wag.

I’ve had my hair done many times by Carly. She always done a fantastic job. Very attentive and courteous..i called Thursday 28th August to make an appointment with Carly and whoever answered the phone, needs to learn telephone manners. I was told very abruptly, Carly don’t work here anymore. No offer of if I’d like to book with anyone else. I was stunned. I put phone down. If you allow your staff to be so arrogant on the telephone, you will lose alit of customers because it will put them off coming through your door. Very shocked and disappointed. .

I love this salon and all the staff. Tasha is amazing with my hair which is not easy to control, she’s been doing my hair for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s very approachable as are the other girls there. It’s like having a girls day out when I go there, I really look forward to it
