I have been using No2 nail bar for almost 2 years now and I have never once left disappointed! The attention to detail that all of the staff have
is unmatched. The lady who did my set today took her time with every single nail, she made sure to get the set exactly how I wanted them. She did an amazing job with the cat eye french and the added details. Always a pleasure!!

Second time in this salon and the service was so poor. I had gone in to get my hands and toe nails done, straight to doing my fingers first and the lady who attended to me was so much in a hurry that she didn’t apply the Bayaab well. The application was uneven and so thin one can’t even tell the difference from my natural nail bed

At some point, I politely asked her if she was going to add another layer? Specifically saying that it was too thin and uneven even after she had filed- one could tell the difference in depth. She was so upset that I said that and you could see her expression and folded her arms in disagreement until another lady who’s also a customer had to chip in to say- she just wanted another layer basically

She continued with my request but aggressively- mishandling my hands but kept my peace. And the guy who seems to be in charge of the salon- not entirely sure seems to only care about the money and not about providing quality service. At the very least- one would expect to get value for the money spent and service up to standard but that’s contrary and seem like they’re always wanting to jump to the next person

Also speaking a language amongst themselves with no consideration for how that might make their customers feel is beyond appalling. When they know for sure that majority of their customers don’t understand the language. A people centred place as theirs should prioritise good customer service but I guess that’s far fetched these days…

My go-to nail place which I would recommend to everyone! Very nice staff and all very talented at designs, I have very weak natural nails so the acrylic works really well for me to have long pretty nails which don’t lift or chip

I’m a repeat customer! The staff remembered me literally the 2nd time I turned up! They always remember little details about me, are so friendly! They do their best to try any designs I take along- the pricing is fair and the staff are lovely! My nails always last a full 3-4 weeks- and I just go back because they’ve grown out! 100% recommend!

The nails look ok however the male tech who did them was so rough with me. He literally threw my hands once he’d finished with each of them and bent my knuckles back really aggressively to the point of them clicking. I was then burned with the nail file several times.

He seemed like he didn’t want to be there, and didn’t listen to what I actually asked for.

I used to love it here, but I’ve never been treated so roughly in a nail salon before. It’s completely put me off.
