Have been going to BW for years. Unfortunately over this period of time I have been through 3 different ladies as they just seem to disappear. You turn up for appointments with 1 person to be told they are no longer here so now you in with such and such. This is extremely off putting when it comes to something as important as your eyebrows. Thankfully I only had a bad outcome once! Last year I took the plunge and had my eyebrows tattooed extremely happy with the outcome. Now to the reason for my 1 star review. This week I messaged to enquire about getting a top up booked in. Message was ignored so I messaged again as they have been posting on Facebook. Still no answer. Today I phoned to be told no messages have been received but they are no longer going to be able to help me because once again my lady is no longer there. No apologies or explanations. So after years of monthly treatments I was kind of dismissed. Not very good customer service or attitude towards a long standing client. Will not be going back.

Lizzy gave me the most amazing facial this morning, my skin is glowing, am so pleased worth every penny.
The staff here are so friendly.

I went to beauty within for the first time today and was quite nervous but the amazing staff was so kind and welcoming. I had a wash cut and finish with Angela who was unreadable leaving my hair looking amazing I highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable and amazing haircut by a lovely women.

Absolutely perfect experience from start to finish. Had a pamper day which included pedicure, dermalogica facial and hot stone massage. Staff are all amazing and Lizzie gives THE best facial!! The ambience was perfect, lovely facilities.. they even chilled our Prosecco for us. Will definitely return!

As someone that has been to various beauty salons over the years, I have never had the experience that I had with this service.
I had gel nail polish that started coming off the same day ( this happened twice by the way on seperate occasions) and literally ( the 2nd time) I went the next day to the salon showing my nails tonthe technician and explaining this. ( I took pictures as evidence)
I was told i had to pay additional £30 despite my initial payment to have them redone.
The manager/owner called me, screamed at me on the call and told me never to come back ( I was not planning going back based on bad experience)
I NEVER leave reviews as I know how hard business owners work for a living but it's vital that people know how the owner treats customers.
On a positive note, Maria who works there was an absolute delight and did did a great job after my nails were redone.

I had a lovely hot stone massage this morning with Maria. The surprise was that when I went to pay, the girl at the reception asked for my loyalty card. However, when she saw that it was an old one, she didn't want to stamp it, mentioning that the owners have changed since then. My issue here is that I have been loyal to that beauty salon for 8 years, but it seems not good enough for them. I was given a new card. I won't be going back because my loyalty to that place doesn't seem to matter when owners change. Not good enough.

Thank you for your response. I appreciate the clarification about the loyalty card. During my last visit in April 2022, I did not receive a new loyalty card as you mentioned. However, when I recently visited, the staff didn't provide me with the option to use the old card or transfer the stamps to the new one. I brought up the issue, mentioning that I had 7 treatments done there, but all they said was sorry and gave a smile. Quite disappointing!

This review is for the hair Salon LTouch which is inside beauty within.
First of all when I asked for the price of relaxed treatment for my daughter she couldn’t give me and said she needed to see my daughter’s hair. I sent photos but still no price.. so I took her to the salon anyway as it really needed doing. She asked for a £20 deposit which she said would be deducted from the fee. I was happy to pay it which I did. I got a txt from my daughter halfway through saying it was going to cost £180 for her hair.. when I got to the salon she said £120 for the relaxer.. £50 for a steam and £10 to cut. I paid the £180 then when I got home I realised she hadn’t deducted the £20 so actually I’d give her £200. I messaged her to be told she’s not at work now she’ll sort it Monday. No apologies nothing. Monday came and guess what.. all day no txt nothing. So I message her politely asking her to confirm when she had transferred the £20. She did it and txt me DONE. I’ve never come across such a rude entitled hair stylist in all my life.
The sad thing is I told her I would be bringing my daughter back every 2 weeks for a wash and blow dry but after ripping me off no way she’s lost out.
