Becky is such a wonderful Beauty Therapist...love having my nails done hands and feet...
Eyelash and brows tinted & waxed makes me feel so refreshed.
Also does great massage, very relaxing.
Highly recommend if ÿou need pampering 😍

I went in for a patch test for an eye lash lift, lovely woman behind the desk. I tried to then book the actual eye lash lift, it wouldn't let me book online so I tried calling. I have called about 30 times over the past 2 days and left voice mails with no success. Will have to go somewhere else, a waste of time to be honest.

I recommend this place !!Had a very good experience!! I had waxing with Becky -she is lovely , she uses a very good quality wax and has a technique in how she applies it which makes it easier to remove and less painful and traumatic(for me was amazing as I hadn't had waxing for quite a long time).
She does not rush things , wants to ensure her work is done with quality Environment is very nice-relaxing music.I now go regularly there.

I booked a full massage appointment but had to move it due to work commitments, I called them twice and it would go straight to voicemail and I would leave a voicemail but noone called me back. 2 days before the appointment I received a message reminding me of my appointment and to call and cancel if I could not make it, I tried calling their number 5 times and it was saying it was out of service. I physically went to the building saw a woman peep through the window but noone came to the door. Such terrible service. Why ask a person to call if the phone isn't working or you aren't going to answer the door when people show up to cancel their appointment?

I was nervous about getting waxed to this degree (first Time) Becky the lady who did my treatment was professional and friendly and within minutes I felt at ease and very comfortable. She did a brilliant job and I have now booked in a return appointment and would not consider going anywhere else for any of my waxing needs. Highly recommended….5star service. Thank you 😊
