Very good. Some local offerings from 'superdrug' itself is worth the price.

Went in and got served by Finley. He was genuinely one of the best servers I have ever had the privilege of interacting with.

If there is ever a chance for a promotion, then he should be given a chance.

Incredible service, and really made my day.

genuinely the worst customer service, sighing, talking negatively about customers right in front of them over a bit of confusion over a queuing system. Tash was utterly vile to customers, after witnessing that I won’t be back.

Finley came onto the tills today and signaled the line me and my partner were in to move into the main “queuing system” next to the tills. This was not sign posted clearly so we didn’t understand we were standing in the wrong section. Finley spoke very rudely to all of us pretty much commanding us to move. There was no kindness. Only hostility. I have worked in customer service before and a quick “hey guys is it alright if we move over here just to free up this walkway thanks!” Is a lot more welcoming and kind. Then when serving us Finley spoke with such aggression that I actually asked my partner to do the transaction for me. Safe to say I will not be back into that store alone as the environment made me severely anxious and distressed. Awful.

horrible customer service on the tills, shouting at customers multiple times just over a ‘queuing system’ rudely

Christmas Eve. Lazy Staff! I went to a counter to confirm abt the price and they asked me back" Didn't you see the price on the shelf ??" Instead of scanning the bar code and telling me the price like any other stores in Canada Australia and USA. That simple. This is the second time it happened with different staff in this store No customer service. Seems like they don't want to be there yet they want a pay chq. HR need to look into this and the manager need to be aware of their staff behaviour/attitude. Useless.
