Although our salon has only recently opened, our technicians all have many years of experience in the nail industry and we only work with high-quality professional products.

BIAB (Builder in a Bottle) is also a relatively newer system compared to traditional nail enhancements. For many years, acrylic and hard builder gels were the most commonly used systems in the industry and they are much harder and more rigid. BIAB was developed more recently to help strengthen and support the natural nail while still keeping a very natural look and flexibility, so the experience and durability can sometimes feel different compared to acrylic or hard gel.

For BIAB to perform at its best, it usually works best on natural nails kept at a suitable length and when treated a little more gently, as it is designed to support the natural nail rather than create a very rigid enhancement like acrylic. Things such as natural nail condition, lifestyle, frequent use of hands, and even hormonal changes (including pregnancy) can sometimes affect how well the product lasts.

Our goal is always to help each client find the nail system that works best for their natural nails and lifestyle. If BIAB doesn’t seem to be the most suitable option, we would be more than happy to look at other alternatives that may suit you better, and we’re always happy to adjust this without any extra charge if needed. Our priority is simply to make sure our clients feel comfortable and happy with their nails.

We completely understand that it may be difficult for you to return at the moment, especially while pregnant, but if you ever wish to get in touch we would still be very happy to help. Wishing you all the best with your pregnancy, and thank you again for your feedback.

Gems on top of nails can sometimes come off for various reasons, including daily activities or simply over time. As it has been around 3 weeks since your appointment, this can unfortunately happen.
