Google Wait time was ridiculous and no communication from staff on a wait time. Just 3 people working which clearly wasn’t enough for this time of the year. Had I know if would be over a two hour wait, I would have left. That said, they did my nails nice. Just a shame no communication was had.
Owner Response:
Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry about the long waiting and truly appreciate your patience. During busy time, our team needs to focus carefully on providing the best quality for each client, so we may not always be able to communicate as much beyond greeting and checking in. We also choose to keep a smaller team so we can maintain the quality of our work rather than focusing on quantity, and we are glad to hear you were happy with your nails x

Google I LOVE Happy Nails. I get BIAB with nail art most of the time and then the occasional spa pedicure and Ken especially is SO good! He really takes the time to do a fab job - you can tell he really cares that you leave feeling happy. I’ve had consistently amazing nails from him. He let me choose something on Netflix whilst I was getting my pedi and they always offer you a drink like a coffee, soft drink etc. They’re very sweet and the price is really good! I’m glad I found Happy Nails as they’re now my regular. Thank you ❤️

Google Went there yesterday. As it was a Saturday they were busy. I’ve waited 2 hours which was longer than it should’ve been. But the staff were polite and apologetic. they offered free drinks. And in the end the nails looked perfect and they brought the pricing down in order to make up for the waiting issue. Would definitely go back. Xx
