This was by far the worst and most unprofessional salon experience I’ve ever had. When I booked my appointment, I was clearly told gel application would cost £25. My appointment was at 9:30, but despite arriving on time, I wasn’t even seen until 9:55 because the technician was still busy with other clients.

During the appointment, she asked if I wanted acrylic, and I said yes—never once was I told this would cost extra. Only at the very end was I suddenly charged £35. When I questioned the price, she claimed she had “asked if I wanted the acrylic base,” as if that somehow justified not being upfront about an additional charge. It felt dishonest, and frankly, like a deliberate upsell.

To make things worse, because the salon only accepts cash, I told her I needed to go to a cash machine—and she actually asked me to leave something behind to prove I wouldn’t run away. I have never been treated with such suspicion or disrespect by a business in my life. Completely unacceptable.

Terrible communication, hidden charges, rude behaviour, and zero professionalism. I would strongly advise avoiding this salon.

Had a lovely lady called Sara do my nails today she did an amazing job I am over the moon with how they turned out she was very precise and did it so quickly. The customer service was great both ladies were extremely nice, I will definitely be coming back again. Overall I am extremely happy with the service

Poor service. I had my nails done and they were all odd shapes and too thick for my actual nails leaving them sore! I messaged them and asked them to fix them which they ignored so I went back back where the older lady was very rude and rolled her eyes at me and shook her head ! My nails feel weak and sore will not be returning ! nothing but rude and poor service
