AGRESSIVE AND FORCEFUL. SERVICE AND RESULT ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. had my nails done yesterday and one of the WORST experiences i have genuinely ever had. firstly was quite abruptly turned away and told to come back in 45 minutes (absolutely fine) but it was the aggressiveness in their tone. came back 50 minutes later, had to wait another 40 minutes until i was seen. i had 3 different people work on my nails, the first man burnt my fingers with the nail tool after me saying multiple times it was burning, he proceeded to firmly tighten the grip he had on my hand: had a TIGHHTTTTT grip on my hand to stop me from being able to get the burning tool of of me, then same worker proceeded to put 4 of my 10 nails on extremely wonky, these were left to dry for ten minutes, next worker seen they were wonky and forcefully RIPPED the nails of which resulted in two of my fingers bleeding. THEN after ripping my wonky nails off decided to stick new tips on which were a different shape and size then the rest of the tips on my other nails. at this stage ive been in the nail shop for an hour and 50 minutes ive literally had my fingers butchered and ive only got my tips on🤣. another lady had a bad experience whilst i was in there and the staff were HESITANT to fix their own mistakes and proceeded to be aggressive rude and took no accountability for the shocking customer service and the shocking results. they then had a whole business meeting with 12 members of staff as they have just pulled on a new team. The meeting was held on the nail shop floor whilst it’s already jam packed and no space atall for customers, i was elbowed on the head by a member of staff, had hands arms all over me reaching over me to get stuff off of the table, members of staff just having conversations with the nail tech doing my nails rolling cigarettes mid nail session. people coming behind my chair genuinely about 15 times every ten minutes and pushing into the back of my chair and pretending to not notice (im extremely autistic and this genuinely is my WORSTTTTT nightmare) and then had the pleasure of being asked to prove ive transferred the money to their account by showing my bank account to the worker and then a member of staff waiting outside to ensure didnt leave without paying 🤣🤣🤣. DO NOTTTTT GO HERE

Very busy had 3 diffrent people do my nails wanted round shape but cut to short so had square lady said you should say how long you want them and they all talk to each other in their language hard to understand them when they ask you something had to go back a week later as one nail fell off

Went to get my nails done today. Was in pain the whole time. Even thou I got them done around 4 ish. One of them is still very sore and possibly infected now. One of the staff kept pushing the side of my nails down

They do horrendous nails. They don’t understand English at all. I went to Jd Nails and they do it better. I asked for a shape and they said they don’t do that shape. On top of that they charge extra for the colour I chose because they had to do a few more layers to get the colour I wanted as they didn’t have it in stock. Horrendous nails never ever go

I was unable to get to my regular salon and chose to go to this salon as it’s one of the few nail bars that are open in the Peterborough town centre on a Sunday,
There really wasn’t a very warm welcome but I chose to sit it out and wait for a new set of acrylics, the 2 guys that dealt with me were quite rough and I must admit that I came away with 2 nail sores, even now my nail beds feel sore, I definitely won’t be going back, the staff just seemed unfriendly, maybe they were having a bad day ???
