Very pleased with my experience yesterday ... acrylic nails ... lovely staff and service ... but I had to sit there for over half an hour cos it was busy ... and the air was full of dusty stuff ... it was really hard to breathe ...

I just wanted to say that I felt very sorry for the staff because the air was full of powder and nail sandings and filings ... the staff were just young people with lovely new lungs ... and they had to sit there all day breathing it in ...

They were just wearing simple paper masks ... those masks just aren't suitable to stop all those pathogens in the air going into their airways ... I couldn't see any air conditioning at all ... surely the owner could put something in to take all the bad things out of the air ... I was honestly nearly choking!

I would not want my child to work somewhere like that and I wished I could have scooped all those workers up and got them out of there!!!

I don't care how much they earned ... it's not easy to replace a pair of lungs. 😭

Please Boss ... give them some air conditioning!!! : )

Ps: It is possible that there is air conditioning already ...but it might make the air feel cold or customer complaints but I just wanted to point out that if there isn't air conditioning ... please give your staff a chance at survival! Thank you Darling! : )

I came here a couple of days ago to chevk my nails done absolutely pointless 1 is stuck to my skin 2 others are trying to come of after 2 days i went in to sort it out and they refuses to help and now im left with pain

Had a lovely experience. The lady doing my nails was very patient and understanding. She checked to ensure that I was happy with everything before moving on. I completely forgot to ask her name. I will be back 100%!! 💗

Have been coming here for 4 years and didn’t have an issue before. Normally get the same nails french biab infill for £35 this time was charged £60 with a design on the french tip. Overall time spent in the salon was 3 hours, 1 hour was the waiting. The man doing my nails was so rude when all I asked for was pink base not clear as that’s what I always get. The nails themselves are nice but due to the rude service will not be returning again.

Edit: Thank you for reaching out and for the respectful reply. I am not in the country - these broke at 11pm on Saturday and I actually had a flight at 4am the next day. I am not looking to get a repair, however some form of compensation would be appreciated.

Arrived and asked what the waiting time would be stated 20 minutes waited for an hour and twenty minutes before they even started, no apologise staff barely acknowledged me, need to be more honest with customers and provide a more friendly service
