Please read before you go!
I am Indian and they will look at your ethnicity and they will decide on what to offer and what not to you!
They denied nail paint from a pallet I had done for the first time. So I kept the pallet right next to me. An old english lady came and asked for the same shade and they asked 'only color' to her and they did it right in front of me... I was forced to pick from the regular shades by saying that pallet was unavailable.
I had taken the same color and no cat eye during my first visit to them... Exactly 40 days before this incident..
Past that, one person did my set up and powder.. He was in such a rush he did not do the cuticle, incorrect nail size, No buffing the nails, and in such a rush that he used machine so harsh that I kinda started bleeding.. then I was passed to someone else... she did my color and went straight to counter...
I was so disgusted with the shape and the way fresh nails were done. Hair sticking in nails, nails breaking from the edges and nail paint chipping (I saw it in food) the second day itself. I called and went 2 days later just to show and I precisely told them I will come back in 2-3 days as I was working. I went exactly after 3 days. I was ready to pay to redo it.. they denied... I asked to remove it. They said "You can go and get it removed somewhere else"
I said it was rude to behave like that.. they walked off from the table...
I had to get my nails redone somewhere else that's not the problem...
But, if you like your nails to be with you for long and adore them like me... Think Twice!
They do not take the responsibility...

I have gone to DV for 2 years now, and trust me, they never fail to please! The team are so friendly and they are quick with nails. I usually come here once every 3-4 weeks for either my toes or nails and they are absolutely brilliant

This place is better than others I’ve been to. I’m so happy he was able to do the design I showed! 😍 The nails are a bit too flat, but overall, the experience & the nails are good.

Today I got a manicure done here, the lady was *AMAZING* the chairs have a massage setting on them which relaxes you whilst you have a treatment, they soak your feet in warm water and exfoliate them with exfoliating scrub, I 100% recommend this I’ve been going here for 9 months and have never ever failed to impress me!

Absolutely awesome nails. Love my acrylics. Don't be afraid to ask for designs, the gentleman did mine and was so fast and yet so perfect.
