I have been coming here 4yrs plus and Ellie does a fabulous job, I love our little catch ups and she always does a great job. Sometimes you might have to wait a little but that’s because they’re busy and popular.

Waited 55 minutes with no warning or apology. No proper pedicure setup - my feet were balanced on a knee behind a desk, placed on dirty floors (other people’s nail cuttings & dest) and even newspaper. Extremely unhygienic. My toe was accidentally cut by the person, and acetone was used on it, causing burning. Wasn’t shown the polish colour and couldn’t see my nails being done. Hate the result. No apology or partial refund offered. Would not return - don’t waste your time.

Worst experIence of a nail bar ever and won't be returning. Miserable and rude staff. Asked for buildable gel manicure but just had my nails painted with gel. The appointment took 20 minutes (that includes the time it took being sent down the street to get cash as they don't accept cards). A rip off at £35. Top tip for you, smile at your customers, it doesn't cost anything!

Recently moved to West Bridgford and found that place. Been there 2 times now and I’m happy with the workers and the acrylic I get ! My nails are very strong and last for weeks !
