I’ve been visiting Elysian parlour for my injectables for almost 2 years now. Maliyah has done an amazing job of making super natural tweaks and always gives her honest reccomendations on treatments, I wouldn’t trust anyone else! All of the girls are always super friendly and I would 100% reccomend :)

Had an appointment with Maliyah and Tamika today. I have to admit I was nervous but it was so easy and I'm really pleased with the result. I'd been feeling a little 'down in the mouth' literally but now I feel 10 years younger. The lip lift looks so natural. Jowls next.

so where do I start…!
absolute 10/10 experience.
previously was booked in to which I had a phone call explaining that my appointment couldn’t go ahead due to circumstances out of their control, but as soon as the salon reopened maliyah was super quick to ring me back to get my appointment rebooked in and even offered a 40% discount for the inconvenience which was amazing!
maliyah is super friendly and very professional when it comes to aesthetics.
it’s my second time having lip filler with maliyah and both times I’ve have felt so comfortable and looked after, explaining how the treatment will plan out and checking in on me during my treatment as I can get abit nervous at times.
but the end result is absolutely stunning and I’m so in love with my new lips

The girls are absolutely amazing and respectful. After my appointment was cancelled no fault of the girls they quickly got me booked back in and they couldn’t apologise enough.

I have had amazing experience every time I have visited this store.

Everyone is so welcoming and make you feel so comfortable.

Horrible. Cancelled my daughter’s appointment 10 mins before. Since the appointment was made online we paid a partial online payment and even to refund that amount, they are asking to change the google review. So I don’t think any of these reviews can be fully trusted.

They are frauds, booked a make up appointment for my daughter's prom, they charged an advance and kept on sending the confirmation, even today morning. She had her appointment at 4.45pm and when we went, they are closed, and then around 4.45 I receive an email saying appointment cancelled, no reason stated or no refund. When enquired from a next door shop they said that the salon has been closed for nearly 6 weeks. Looks like this is a way to get an advance from customers and cancel without a refund. This is a full scam. They don't even deserve even 1 star and should be reported

To clarify, I was never a customer of Elysian Parlour (or I kind of am, since I have paid a deposit), but I wanted to become, after reading the reviews.

The one star goes to the handling of an unusual situation. I booked an appointment two days ago for eyebrows waxing and paid £4.5 as deposit. Yesterday, my phone rang from a Private Number, which I could not pick up because I was on a work call. They left a message saying that they had to cancel the appointment due to issues with their electric (fair play), and that they would call again to reschedule the appointment. At this point, I would expect to just apologise for the inconvenience (which they did), and refund the deposit (which they didn't), so that I can reschedule the appointment myself or go elsewhere, like a shoe seller would do if they found they were out of stock of the pair that I ordered.

I tried contacted them on their land-line numerous times yesterday , but it was dead. I was nearby to the salon, I passed by, and it was closed - therefore, no way of contacting them. I thought, 'give them the benefit of the doubt, they will call tomorrow surely'. Today, no call received so far, and their phone is still dead. I have an occasion on Friday and I want my eyebrows done so I booked waxing in another salon.

Now, please, can you refund my deposit? Thanks
