Definitely worst nail shop in Nottingham. Nails started peeling after a couple of hours. Had to go back to fix. Still had a terrible finish. Will not be going back. Don't waste your money here

I visited this Nail Salon February 2026
I was asked by a gentleman what I wanted. I explained that I wanted a french manicure. Unfortunately, it was difficult to communicate with him. The gentleman then started to clean my nails; then 2 or 3 people then entered the shop at the same time: Immediately, he got up and then went straight to them to do their nails - I couldn't believe it, I presume he knew them. There was also another lady working there and it was also difficult to communicate with her as well, as she kept raising her voice and started to shout at me, as she couldn't understand what I wanted. I was very upset and tearful; this could be visibly seen as I was due to attend a family funeral on the same day. Eventually, I got my nails done - but I wasn't happy with the base colour chosen.
When it came to paying, I was then told they don't except card or cash! I was then given their bank details and told to pay the money into their bank account!
I did not want to do this, but I had no other choice as I had to pay.
I personally, will not use this nail salon ever again.

The staffs were on facetime with someone while working on my nails. This lady is very unprofessional! She started to continue talking loud in her native language despite working on the clients. Very professional.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this salon since it first opened and have never had any reason to complain until now. Unfortunately, my recent experience was incredibly disappointing and far below the standard I’ve come to expect.

During my pedicure appointment, I noticed early on that the service was subpar. I raised my concerns politely more than once. The manager acknowledged them and said the technician would redo the work, but this never happened. The technician appeared completely disengaged—frequently yawning and visibly uninterested. It became so uncomfortable that I had to stop the service halfway through, with only one foot partially done.

Despite the incomplete service (she hadn’t even touched my toenails yet let alone both feet), they attempted to charge me £20. When I expressed my dissatisfaction again, I was simply told to leave.

As a returning customer, I expected basic courtesy, cleanliness, and professionalism—none of which were present during this visit. The salon was visibly unclean, with flies around and an overall lack of hygiene. It’s clear that standards have dropped significantly, and I now understand why the place was empty.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon to others. Truly disappointing.

I recently visited this place for a manicure, and unfortunately, it was a less than pleasant experience. While the price was affordable at £20, the service left much to be desired. They used the nail drill not only on my nails but also on my cuticles, which was quite painful. Additionally, my nails were filed down much shorter than requested, and the overall cleanliness of the place was lacking. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone looking for a quality manicure.
In addition, the end result was disappointing as my nails ended up uneven and frankly, quite ugly.
