My daughter and I had such an amazing experience at Jacqueline’s! Jen and Jenny truly provided stellar service from start to finish. We went in for a manicure, pedicure, and deep clean facial, and everything exceeded our expectations.

They were both so welcoming and professional, making us feel comfortable right away. Our manicures and pedicures were done with such care and attention to detail—our nails look absolutely perfect. The deep clean facial was incredibly refreshing and relaxing.
You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in their work. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and completely pampered. I highly recommend booking with Jen and Jenny—you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Jen and Jenny for the wonderful spa experience!

I’ve been going to Jackie for about a year and a half now and I would never ever go to anyone else!!!

She is an absolute angel and her work is incredible - she listens to what you want and gets it perfect everytime.

She is so gentle and really focuses on the health of your nails to make sure they last.

I originally had acrylics but wanted to move to hard gel and Jackie made that transition so simple and easy, my natural nails have never been damaged by her - not once!

I would not go anywhere else, I highly recommend Jackie 🩷

Jackie was lovely and nails were great! She does a large variety of different nails very reasonably priced! Lovely salon space very cute and personal. Only coming to Jackie's from now on. So much nicer than most Norwich nail salon spots.

I had my nails done nearly 4 weeks ago (as shown in picture) and they look as good as the first day they were done. If you are looking for someone who cares about your nails and ensuring they can withstand the rigours of daily life and has every colour you could imagine I can honestly say Jackie is one of the good ones x

Jackie has done BIAB on my nails, she is super attentive and detailed! She’s so focused on the health of the nails as well. She’s lovely and couldn’t recommend her enough to get nails done!
