I've been going to Shannon at Muse for several years now, and she's incredible at what she does. I originally started going to her because I wanted a hairdresser in Norwich who did cool layered haircuts well, and that's very much her speciality. She always works with me to execute my vision, and is so skilled that I'm always baffled by her ability to chat to me AND create my perfect haircut at the same time. I think it's very telling that at least four friends of mine also became loyal clients of Shannon's after I started seeing her. I recommend her to everybody because she actually listens, which is surprisingly hard to come by! Plus inclusivity is extremely important to her, and she makes the effort to create a safe, comfortable environment. I can't recommend her enough.

I've tried a few different salons in Norwich over the years trying to find a stylist that could give me a cut that I'm completely happy with. I've been having my hair cut by Shannon at Muse for a while now and she's the only person I'd trust with my curls. Always a fantastic cut and very easy to chat to. I can't recommend Shannon enough, especially if you're after a more alternative style.

I have been getting my hair done with Katie for a few months now, she has been amazing. She has made me feel beyond confident with my hair and she has transformed my hair into the perfect blonde for me whilst helping with the health and condition of my hair, I cannot recommend her enough.
The salon is so welcoming and inviting and all the girls make you feel welcome.

If I could rate this salon more than 5 stars I would! I've been seeing Elle for my waxing for longer than I can remember, she makes you feel so at ease and the chats are just like the ones you'd have with your best friend. Bethan has been doing my hair for years and to say she is a miracle worker is an understatement. My hair not only looks incredible every time, the health and condition of it is incredible since I've been with her. I'd recommend everyone comes here!! 🧡

If I could give Bethan more than five stars, I would without hesitation. As a hairdresser, she’s honestly incredible at what she does. Bethan knows what will suit you, even when you can’t quite explain it yourself.

Every appointment feels like a transformation. Whether it’s a cut, colour, or full restyle, she works with so much care and attention to detail, and the results always speak for themselves. My hair has never looked better.

She’s also such a lovely person to spend time with—warm, chatty, and makes you feel completely comfortable from the moment you sit in her chair.

If you’re looking for someone you can fully trust with your hair, Bethany is the one. Absolute gem.
