Beyond disappointed with this service, I booked 2 weeks in advance as a birthday treat for myself. The appointment was confirmed. I showed up exactly at my appointment time, and the shop was closed, even though it claims to be open at 9am, and my appointment was 9:45am. I text to say I was there thinking she must’ve been outback. Then I called 3 times in the space of 10 mins. I drove over an hour to get to my appointment just to be told it wasn’t actually confirmed? Even though I said the time was perfect. I wouldn’t ever risk going again in fears I won’t get seen, even with another appointment seems as they didn’t take my appointment as important. I’d avoid if I were you. Would get a 0 if it was possible. Avoid like the plague

I’m super happy with the nail and the lovely warm service I received yesterday. Nicole took time to do the intricate design on my nails, and the result was amazing. Subtle color, gorgeous drawing, strategically positioned stones 😍 I live in London but I may have to come back here for my next nail as she easily beats my usual nail place in London - by a big margin !! Highly recommend !!

This is such a good place to get your nails done! The atmosphere is so nice and so are the nail techs. I’m going to a concert and wanted some nails to match and the nail tech did such a good job, especially since the design I showed was so complicated! I’m so happy with the result!

Although it took ages to get my nails done (the appointment was 1:45pm and I got served at nearly 14:30) with continuous breaks for completing the previous customers’ nails, and had my the skin around my nails a bit injured. Nevertheless they look pretty good

Nicole was able to give me exactly what I was hoping for with my nails!! Her and Jinjin made me feel really comfortable and welcome, especially as I have very short bitten nails which was made clear not to be an issue at all. Thank you so much 🫶🏻
