I got an acrylic removal. To remove my nails, they cut into the middle of the nail, down in a straight line whilst the acrylic was still on and it snapped my natural nail into the nail bed. It was uncomfortable, and I’m now left with painfully thin and short nails. Don’t normally write a bad review, but I paid £13 and would’ve rather not had the service.

terrible, had to wait 40 minutes for them to even get started, the acrylic is slanted up so now my nails will grow up and not straight, 3 of my fingers are cut and red around the cuticle area, the space wasn’t very clean, who did my nails didn’t put a top coat on now they are already chipped, the polish is streaky and the polish is on my fingers and flooded in my cuticle, I made comments on this just to feel ignored, i’m not impressed

Been here twice now, excellent staff and always happy with my nails. This is the nail design i asked for and the results are amazing specially with the colour when the sun hits 😍 this is now my go to place to get my nails done.

If you want your own nails manicured DO NOT GO HERE!
Had a manicure & gel polish here and my nails have been WREAKED!!! Next day and three of them have riped off. They were perfectly strong and healthy b4 yesterday, but they have been sanded down to the thickness of paper with thin layers of coating gel
Really angry at wasting money for someone to totally ruin them 😬😤😱
