Worst place to ever get your nails done.
They were so rude! One man doing my nails was on face time to his family!
The rudeness was unbearable, I asked for the edges of my nails filed so I didn’t take a layer of skin off myself and he tutted! Tutted! Sorry!! Make it even worse got out and the nails arnt even straight! Absolutely not ever again. Save yourself the agro and go next door 👌

Very disappointed with my visit. I specifically asked for BIAB nails, but they did not use BIAB at all — only regular gel color. Anyone familiar with nail services knows BIAB has a completely different process and result.

I later learned that other clients have had the same complaint, which is really concerning. Customers are paying for a specific service, and it feels dishonest to charge for BIAB while providing something else.

I paid £40, and within two days my nails started breaking, so I had to pay again to get them redone elsewhere. Total waste of money and time.

I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re expecting proper BIAB nails.

Best pedicure I’ve ever had.
Absolutely flawless from start to finish. Super relaxing, incredibly thorough, and my feet have never felt or looked better. The attention to detail was next level and the staff were so friendly and professional. I honestly won’t go anywhere else now. Highly recommend V Star Nails.

come into the salon for a full set of acrylic nails, had an appointment at 3pm however they did not have me seated into the chair until 3:40. Once i was finally seated and showed the nail technician what i
wanted the first thing he did was start laughing. What i asked for was a pink base with white line detailing that had some glitter on, he did the base and everything went smoothly then as he began to draw on the design i noticed him using black? i questioned this and said i wanted the same colour as the picture and he got up and come back with a different colour, then when he showed me a second time it was still not white but silver… i said i wanted white like the photo and so he went and got the the white and then began doing the lines but was doing the wrong design on each finger, then i asked for the glitter and he mumbled asking if i wanted glitter which i had to ask him to repeat multiple times as i could not near him talking at all (doesn’t appear like he was very confident in english) however i went along with it as by this point id been sat there over an hour and hed just begun doing the first design. then he ended up giving up and passing me onto another woman to do them who was much better and clearer, though the nails the man did look nothing like the image i showed so i will not be returning and don’t recommend this place if you want anything other than basic french tip.

Very underwhelming pedicure service, the massage chair and the lovely lady host is what pushed the stars up. By the time I got home my feet were dry and cracked again, I believe it was quite a rushed service and I didn't get enough treatment at all. Very underwhelming service for something I paid £35 for, its okay but just not what I expected. And sadly when I asked for a bit more attention or effort, it was only the bare minimum. Can be loads better and not that pleased...

The service I got within the salon was amazing, massage chair for when I was getting my feet done, I then got acrylics on my nails which were the best I’ve ever had I’m so impressed with them. I wasn’t rushed in and out and it was how I wanted my nails I’m quite fussy, they were perfect! Also everyone was so friendly. Will definitely be coming back.

Ruined my nails male manicurist continually kept drilling my nail beds / cuticles . Not concentrating on my nails more interested in looking at people entering shop. Went back next day as my nails had lifted & we’re all red inflamed . Blamed my nails ? Funny there was nothing wrong with them before I went to V STAR NAILS …. Had to go to hospital as they were no help . Never again . Bad management don’t care attitude once they have your money

I usually go elsewhere for my nails but unfortunately they didn’t have availability that suited me. I went into v star nails and they had availability straight away. Initially I was happy with my acrylics, although I do still feel the amount I had to pay was extremely excessive (£55 for a design that took 10-15 mins in total). At a quick glance the nails were lovely but after I left I started to assess the hearts and they were awful. I had my nails done on the Monday and the following Saturday I lost one (I got them very short and had not caught them on anything) by the next Monday I had glued 3 nails back on and had another two lifting. I can not believe I had to pay £55 for mediocre nails that didn’t last a week. Not impressed at all and I could not return to complain as I have not had a car to get there this week and also did not fancy paying for them to be redone. Will definitely not be returning.

I popped in on the off chance yesterday afternoon and came away with a beautiful set of nails done by a lovely girl who moved my phone across for me every time she switched hands - I will be back!! Thank you so much xx
