I had my nails done on Monday 12th January, wasn’t my normal nail salon as my usual place was closed. The lady who done my nails kept saying how my nails were so “thick” everytime she filed them she scrunched her face up. It was a little uncomfortable. However, end result was (ok) when leaving. But the corners were sharp, I’ve had 4 nails break in 9 days because they were done very thinly.
I personally would not return there again.

had one of the worst experiences at this nail salon. My appointment was delayed by 40 minutes, and instead of offering an apology or explanation, the staff treated me with complete disrespect. Rather than taking responsibility, they chose to humiliate me in front of others, which was both unprofessional and unnecessary.

A salon should value its customers’ time and treat them with courtesy, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I left feeling upset and disappointed. I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects professionalism and basic respect.

I had a very horrible experience. As soon I opened the door I was approached by a staff that was unfriendly and very rude. Rushed my nails even though they had no customers waiting (no wonder) did not ask if I was happy with the shape and when I asked if she could help me with the colour selection as the SNS I picked there was hardly anything in it she told me she can’t help to just select a colour. That will be my last time attending this nail shop. AVOID at all cost. No wonder they are always quiet, their customer service was horrible.
